1. Your account

• Give accurate details, including a mobile number you can be reached on, and keep your password safe.
• One account per person. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

2. Using the platform

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or publish our lessons, questions, solutions, tests or e-books, except for your own study;
• share your account, or scrape, overload or try to break into the platform;
• post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights, or harass other students.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post in the community. You allow us to host and show it on the platform so it works as intended. You can delete it at any time.

4. Our content

Everything we provide (lessons, questions, solutions, diagrams, interactive tools, tests and e-books) belongs to Pareto Academy or our licensors and is protected by copyright.

5. No guarantees

We work hard to make our material accurate and useful, but we can’t promise any particular score, percentile or admission result. CAT is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management; Pareto Academy is not affiliated with them. The platform is provided “as is”, and we may change, add or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

6. Ending your account

You can stop using Pareto Academy and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@pareto-academy.com.

7. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@pareto-academy.com.
